The Capabilities of Our Texas Facility
In 2021, Dyson Corp. opened a new facility in Houston, Texas to provide specific service support to our customers. The primary focus of the modern facility is thread rolling, warehousing parts, and faster delivery to customers in the Southern U.S. and other parts of the world.
We specialize in supporting the needs of our wind energy customers by serving as the manufacturing home for foundation anchoring products to support the growing Wind Energy market. We also provide hardware for wind turbines and related infrastructure in the industry.
The Houston location supports our expert forging capabilities. In 1997, we established Dyson Forging Technology (DFT) at our primary facility in Painesville, Ohio. The new facility in Houston has supported the growth of our DFT operations to better support our customers.
Houston is also the distribution point of our new Less-Than-Keg quantity program for Domestic Heavy Hex Nuts. We are excited to be manufacturing in the great state of Texas and welcome our customers to our new facility, where we offer Will Call services for your convenience.

Wind Turbine Foundation Anchor Bolt Assemblies
We supply the wind energy sector with critical application fasteners and anchoring hardware. Our primary products are anchor bolts, coil nuts, washers, PVC sleeves, bolt caps, and anti-corrosion grease.
Anchor bolts are manufactured in ASTM 615 Grades 75 & 90 and ASTM 722 Grade 150.
